Description

The beer is a blend of two different amber ales that were aged in the brewery and then refermented with Brettanomyces Lambicus. The roasted and caramelised malts give the beer a deep copper color and flavors of dried fruit, cherries and toffee. The refermentation with Brettanomyces resulted in a super dry beer with some spicy and fruity notes. It’s low in hop flavor and aroma, as well as bitterness.
