Limited to just over 1,250 bottles, this beautiful field blend of roughly equal parts Dabinett, Ellis Bitter, Harry Masters Jersey and Foxwhelp (part of which was barrel-aged) brings together everything that was special about Little Pomona’s 2015 harvest. The cider is radiant gold, still, dry, tangy, floral and fruity. It’s also softly tannic and incredibly balanced. Old Man & the Bee is named in honour of retired farmer Mark Murray who planted the Little Pomona orchard, and the many bees and other helper bugs that assist its pollination.
