Mion Blue is the latest single-barrel Origins Brewing release – Fyne’s take on a mixed fermentation table or ‘petit’ sour with modest ABV and an approachable flavour profile. In Summer 2017, they transferred 400 litres of kettle-soured wort into one of their favourite French oak barrels that was nurturing a developing version of house culture, filling the remainder with juicy blueberries.
